My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite loud and had a bit of a moldy smell, but they were spacious enough for our needs and were a good value for the money. The service was polite overall, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. The location was convenient for exploring Chattanooga, especially if you have a car, but it may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise. The dining options provided the typical hotel breakfast fare, which was decent but not exceptional. The hotel facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay, although there were minor drawbacks.

The hotel is in a so-so location, close to Village Spirits and Wal-Mart, with a few eating options nearby. The rooms were not great, smelly and stuffy, but the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining had some satisfying options, but the worst hotel experience ever.
